700 ml dry red wine
1 cinnamon stick
2 dried star anise fruits
2 tbsp. honey
Wash a lemon and oranges with warm water.
Remove the zest from the lemon and the oranges and cut into strips.
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and the oranges.
Mix the lemon and orange juice and zest in a pot with the anise fruits, honey, cinnamon, and red wine and let the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Remove spices and garnish with a slice of orange.
